All documents to be kept in the dropbox folder which will be shared with the students. There will be individual dropbox folders for each project
Students should produce a Gantt-diagram in the beginning of the project which outlines the tasks in the project and a clear planning of all activities.
Your examiner should have an introductory meeting in December where he/she introduces you to this activity and how it should be carried out.
At 16.00 every Friday, all projects should send a brief report by e-mail to all supervisors engaged in the project.
This report should be a brief (bulleted) description of what has been done during the last week, what is planned to be worked on the forthcoming week, and finally, if there are any worries in the project with respect to deliverables or time-schedule.
Divide the e-mail into three sections: (i) completed work and work in progress, (ii) planned work for the forthcoming week and (iii) risks.
Language: all reports should be written in English and we do not proof-read the language in the report. We expect students to work hard on the language. If there is time (and needed), the report may be sent to a professional proof-reader at the end of the project.
Your final versions of the reports should be handed to the supervisors no later than 1 week before the presentation date.
Opponents will receive the report no later than 1 week before the presentation date.
